By creating an account or using the game, you agree to rules about conduct, fair use, virtual economy and the operation of Magic Evoker services.

Acceptance
By accessing Magic Evoker, creating an account, playing, commenting or purchasing items, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you disagree, do not use the service.
Account and security
You are responsible for keeping your account secure, using accurate information when requested and avoiding access sharing. Accounts involved in abuse, fraud, automation or exploitation attempts may be limited. For this purpose, we may use technical connection signals, such as approximate country and anti-fraud identifiers, as described in the privacy policy.
Community conduct
Chat, comments, profiles and names must respect other players. Offensive content, spam, harassment, fraud, social engineering or personal data exposure may lead to moderation.
Virtual currencies and items
Gold, ECoins, cards, cosmetics, chests, potions, fragments and rewards exist only inside the game. They do not represent real money, external property or withdrawal rights.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases are processed by payment partners. Refunds follow platform rules, payment methods and applicable law. Consumed items may not be refundable.
Game changes
Systems, rewards, cards, events and balance may change to keep the game healthy. Important changes may be communicated through the official devlog.
Liability limits
The game is provided as an evolving service. Maintenance, bugs or downtime may happen. We make reasonable efforts to fix important issues.
Fair use
- Do not use bots, macros or automation to gain advantage.
- Do not exploit bugs, reward duplication or payment failures.
- Do not sell accounts, currencies or items outside allowed channels.
- Do not attempt to access admin areas or other players data.
