Devlog #4 - Season 4: Ancient Egypt

Season 4 has officially arrived.

This update introduces Ancient Egypt, a new Battle Pass inspired by three legendary figures from Egyptian history and mythology: Cleopatra, Isis, and Osiris. Alongside exclusive seasonal rewards, players can unlock three exclusive cards and claim a brand new seasonal border.

Version 1.5.6 also brings the largest combat update since launch, with four new card abilities available in both PvE and PvP.

New Content

New Battle Pass: Ancient Egypt

• 3 exclusive Ancient Egypt cards: Cleopatra, Isis, and Osiris
• Exclusive seasonal border
• Reworked reward track with more items per tier
• Exclusive card rewards on both the Free and Premium tracks

New Cards

• Sentinel added to the collection
• Astronomer coming soon

New Card Abilities

Four new abilities are now available, and they work in both PvE and PvP:

• Pierce - ignores the target's defense
• Enrage - gains attack as the card loses health
• Rancor - converts damage taken into permanent attack
• Deathrattle - on death, deals damage to random enemies

Each ability has its own visual effect in battle, so you can read what is happening at a glance.

Quality of Life

This update also includes several improvements based on community feedback:

• Cards now keep the exact position you set in your deck when entering PvP
• You can move cards into empty slots during the positioning phase
• Card art now respects the framing set for each card in battle
• Interrupted PvP battles can now be resumed or abandoned from the arena
• Improved various UI interactions
• Fixed multiple bugs
• General stability and performance improvements
